Peaceful and akin to paradise, the picturesque village of Badesi lies at the border of north Sardinia. Badesi is characterised by its pristine white sand beaches that are caressed by fragrant mistral winds and tranquil ocean sounds. Mediterranean bliss! The villa is situated on Li Junchi beach and is a 10 minute drive to the village of Badesi. Classes will take place along the pool or beach and indoors on colder days. Yoga mats, blocks, belts and blankets are available.

 

Gently invigorating classes will start at around 8am to free energies and mind, as well as to bring focus and open the body. Some classes will be pure Hatha & Relaxed Flow with some meditation and breathwork, while others will be yoga woven with dance and free movement (easy moves & guided). Afternoons will follow with a generally more relaxed session of 1.5 to 2 hours exploring Yin, Restorative and Somatic Yoga along with simple self-massage techniques. In all of the classes we will take care of individual needs and give space for the less experienced to be able to explore postures peacefully and at the level appropriate. And of course, all classes are optional. 

 

A talented local chef will prepare Sardinian cuisine for us twice a day which will be mainly vegetarian with a vegan option. Muesli, fruits, snacks, tea and water will be available throughout the day. 

 

We will have one full excursion day to visit the sweet beach town of Santa Teresa with its vibrant market and stunning Reina Bianca beach. We will then head off to Capo Testa where we will commune with its mesmerizing rock formations with some gentle yoga and meditative practice. 

 

Meditation, silence practice, partner yoga and breath work will be offered as well. A few evenings we might have dance, meditation, group work, sunset walks and mantra. The rest of the time will be free to do as we please. Explore the beach, enjoy a massage therapy session with Anne, venture out to the surrounding villages or simply read a book by the pool side.

Cancellation Policy:

Should Sardinia close its borders for any reason, we will reimburse you any payments made to Imken Donde, when we receive evidence thereof. To cancel for any other reason, our regular cancellation policy applies: Cancellations up until 6 months prior to retreat start are refunded in full, less the deposit. Cancellations made between 6 months to 3 months prior to retreat start are refunded by 60%, less deposit. For cancellations less than 3 months before retreat start, no refund is given unless we can fill your place. In the unlikely event of the retreat being cancelled your retreat payments will be refunded in full. Any other costs such as flights, car hire or other are not refunded. There will also be no discounts or refunds for late arrivals, early departures, travel delays, illness, flight cancellations, unattended classes, or losses incurred due to natural disasters, pandemics or attacks. Please ensure you have appropriate insurance cover in place to cover yourself against any of  these eventualities. 

Payment

 

A non-refundable deposit of €450 is required to confirm your space upon booking. The balance remainder is to be paid in full at time of booking. Payment can be made via transferring to the below bank account or Paypal . Please kindly make sure all transfer charges are covered by you.
