Sukshma Vyayama (Yoga of Energy) is an old Indian exercise system, combines breathing and movement and regenerates your entire energy system.
Thai massage touches your whole being sensitively and mindfully. By being held and carried in the Thai massage units, you will experience deeper relaxation in motion and glide more effortlessly into your yoga practice.
Touch and voice are important prerequisites for mental resilience and the playful desire to encourage your own life.
Frauke Richter is musician, teacher and yoga teacher.
Frauke lived among indigenous peoples and feels drawn to shamanism and natural ways of life in harmony with Mother Earth. Through the magic of music, she opens a space in which consciousness can expand and healing can take place.
Stefan Grothe is yoga teacher, registered nurse and nutritionist, wellness and relaxation trainer.
He accompanies Rüdiger Dahlke as a yoga teacher on his fasting retreats.
His life-changing Energy Yoga is based on the ancient Indian Sukshma Vyayama by Reinhard Gammenthaler.
Anne Wuchold is yoga-, thai massage- and shiatsu therapist.
She lives and teaches in India, Thailand, Sardinia and Germany. In her training, she passes on the traditional, Eastern knowledge of her teachers from foreign countries. Hands on and complemented by the meridians of Chinese medicine for a clearer awareness outside of the yoga mat.
Retreat for a small exclusive group of maximum 12 people.
Accommodation in double or quadruple rooms in a beautiful villa right on the secluded sandy beach.

Price:
Seminarbetrag: 500 Euro
On-site services: 800 euros in a double room - 700 euros in a quadruple room
Total travel price: 1,300 euros in a double room - 1,200 euros in a four-bed room
SERVICES: One week accommodation in a double room or quadruple with full board, lunch, fruit and dinner. Yoga program with yoga and Thai massage during the day, except for one yoga session on the day of arrival and departure.
Excursion to Santa Teresa and Capo Testa with yoga program on site.
WHAT'S IN ADDITION: Your return flight to Sardinia, Olbia or Alghero, cheap due to the season. Rental car for airport transfers. (Cars can be hired from www.billiger-mietwagen.de for around €30 per day including fully comprehensive insurance. We are also happy to put you in contact with other participants so that we can share a car if you don’t want to drive your own car).
An optional sailing excursion in the archipelago (archipelago) of La Maddalena, with snorkeling and a visit to the beach, (minimum 10 participants, each approx. 120 euros per person including aperitif and lunch).
Optional horseback riding, diving, wind and kite surfing in the immediate vicinity.
Optional guided visit to the archaeological site of Lu Brandali at Capo Testa.
Optional Agriturismo Food Experience and Wine Tasting.

PAYMENT METHODS: Every online booking is binding on both sides. This means that you are entitled to a seat and we are entitled to the invoice amount due. After completing the online registration, you will receive the registration confirmation with our bank details. We ask you to transfer the deposit of 500.00 euros to our account immediately after receipt of the registration. The deposit is also the amount for the yoga and Thai massage seminar we teach. We are only allowed to issue an invoice for this. The balance is paid directly to the villa on site. After receipt of the invoice amount and the travel confirmation (at least 7 participants) you can book your arrival and departure independently. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat, we will of course refund all payments we have received up to that point. We are not liable for any flight costs or other expenses incurred by you.
In the event of a WITHDRAWAL from the trip, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the retreat: no final payment required, the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation 60 to 89 days before the start of the retreat: 50% final payment is due, the deposit will be retained.
- Withdrawal 59 to 0 days before the start of the retreat: the full balance is due, the deposit will be retained.
If a substitute participant is provided at the time of withdrawal, the deposit will be refunded after their binding registration with receipt of payment . The place with the obligation to pay the balance is then transferred to the new participant.
We assume no liability or responsibility for cancellations, delays, losses due to attacks, wars, natural disasters, accidents or other acts of God. The participant confirms his physical and mental health and personal responsibility during the trip. Participants are solely responsible for damage they cause to themselves, others or objects. We assume no liability for the loss of or damage to personal belongings of participants. The organizers are exempt from any liability claims, as they do not act as tour operators, but only as seminar leaders.
For reasons of applicable German tax law, we do not act as a tour operator, but as a seminar provider. Therefore, we are only helpful with the room reservation. The participant pays 800 euros or 700 euros for accommodation and meals directly in cash on the day of arrival at the villa in Sardinia.
ONLINE BOOKING METHODS: With the online registration, the above payment methods are accepted. This declaration is legally binding.
