Yoga and Thai Massage retreat in Sardinia

PRICES AND CONDITIONS
Seminar fee: 400 Euros
Services on site: 750 Euros in a double room - 600 Euros in a quadruple room
Total price: 1.150 Euros in a double room - 1.000 Euros in a quadruple room
SERVICES: 6 nights in a double or quadruple room with vegetarian full board (brunch and dinner buffet, coffee, tea, water and fruits). Daily one yoga and one Thai massage classes, except on arrival and departure day, only one yoga class. Excursion to Santa Teresa and Capo Testa with meditation on site.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS : Each online booking is binding on both sides. It means that you have a right for your place and we on the overdue bill. After completing the online registration you will receive the confirmation with all bank details. We ask you to transfer immediately the deposit of 400 Euros which is the price for our yoga and Thai massage seminar. Only for our seminar we are allowed to give you a bill.
You can book your arrival and departure independently. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat, we will of course refund all your payments previously received by us. We are not responsible for any flight or other personal incurred expenses.
In case you need to cancel the retreat, the following conditions will apply:
- Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the retreat: No final payment required, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation 60 to 89 days before the start of the retreat: 50% of the final payment is due, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation 59 to 0 days before the start of the retreat: The full remaining payment is due, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If you bring a new participant at the time of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after receiving the deposit and binding registration of that new participant. The spot with the remaining payment obligation then passes on to the new participant.
We recommend a cancellation insurance. The participant is responsible to take care of valid and complete travel documents (visa, passport). We assume no liability or responsibility for any cancellations, delays, losses incurred due to attacks, wars, natural disasters, accidents or other acts of God. The participants confirmed their physical and mental health and personal responsibility during the trip. For damages that the participants themselves, others or objects inflict, he is solely liable. We assume no liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings of the participants. The organisers are exempt from any and all liability as they do not act as a tour operator, but only as a seminar leader. According to the current German tax law, we act not as a tour
operator, but as training providers. Accordingly, we merely assist in the room reservation of the Sardinian villa. The payment of 750/600 Euros for food and accommodation is due on arrival in the villa in cash.
